T-slot aluminium or welded steel — how do we decide?
If the frame will ever be modified, T-slot wins: it bolts together, comes apart and reconfigures without a welder. Steel earns its place only when the load or the operating temperature genuinely exceeds what an aluminium section carries.
Can the profiles arrive ready to bolt together?
That is our standard offer — cutting, drilling, tapping and connector machining happen in this plant, so what lands on your dock assembles with a hex key. Attach the frame drawing and the quote lists each operation.
Will standard T-nuts and brackets fit your profiles?
Yes, because we extrude to the slot series you name — the accessories follow the series, not the supplier. A sample or the series designation is enough for us to confirm fit before production.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no single number — it moves with the section and the finish. Give us sizes and quantities and you get a concrete minimum and price for your exact case.
