Solar module frames & mounting systems
Frames for the module and racking for the site — two product lines, quoted separately, made in the same plant.
01Have these ready
Six things that turn a slow quote into a fast one.
02Where it's used
Module frames
Extrusions that wrap the laminate edge, machined for corner keys and mounting holes to the module maker's drawing.
Edge protection
Frame sections that seal the laminate against handling damage and weather.
Machined corners & holes
Corner-key pockets and mounting holes cut to the module drawing.
Clamp fit
Frame geometry sized so standard mid- and end-clamps seat correctly.
Mounting / racking systems
Rails and supports sized against the site's wind and snow case, cut and drilled for the array layout.
Rooftop systems
Rails and clamp interfaces for pitched and flat roof installations.
Ground-mount structures
Structural rails and posts for fixed-tilt ground arrays.
Load-rated sections
Wall thickness and section chosen from the project's load case.

04Three confirmations before production
Can we make it?
The chosen section — frame or rail — plus wall and alloy get checked against the load case and the press range.
Machining & finish agreed
Corner-key pockets, mounting holes, cutting and the anodize or mill finish are fixed in the quote.
Proof before shipping
Dimensional and coating checks run per batch, with load or material documentation as your project requires.
Machining and surface treatment happen here, in the same plant — CNC & machining · Finishing.

06Frequently asked questions
Do frames and racking come from the same supplier here?
Yes — they are two product lines out of one plant. The frame fits the laminate; the racking carries the array. Order one or both; each is quoted against its own drawing and load case.
Bare frame profiles, or machined and ready to assemble?
Both exist: plain lengths, or frames with corner-key pockets and mounting holes machined to the module maker's drawing so assembly is a press-fit exercise. The RFQ just needs to say which.
How is wind and snow load handled on racking?
The load case comes first: you share the site figures and array layout, and the rail section, wall and alloy are chosen to carry them. We do not publish a generic load number, because your site is not generic.
Clear or black anodize on module frames?
Black is the common call for module appearance, clear is the durable default — both run on our lines, and the shade is matched to your module maker's spec before the batch.
